Exchange and Return Policy

Sales

Products purchased in the SALE category are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Defective Products

A product will be considered defective only when it presents manufacturing defects or damage caused during shipping, provided that they are reported within thirty (30) days following the date of purchase.

Damage resulting from normal use, natural wear and tear, misuse, improper handling or external causes will not be considered defects.

Products approved as defective must be returned within five (5) business days following notification of return authorization by The Dadá Project.

Final Sale

All products identified as “Final Sale” are final and binding, and do not allow changes, returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Returns

The Dadá Project will assume shipping and handling costs only in cases of products declared defective.

Defective products will be subject to repair or replacement, depending on product availability and technical feasibility.

In the event that repair or replacement is not possible, the customer will be entitled to a full refund, which will be processed within thirty (30) days following confirmation by The Dadá Project of the impossibility of repair or replacement.

Any product returned after the legal period of 30 days will be automatically rejected.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is in perfect condition, unused, unaltered, and with all its original labels and packaging intact.

Changes

All shipping, handling, and logistics costs associated with the exchanges will be borne exclusively by the customer.

The customer must return the product in perfect condition, properly packaged and with adequate protection for transport.

If the product arrives damaged as a result of inadequate packaging or during transport, the exchange request will be automatically rejected.

Any merchandise returned without meeting these requirements will not be accepted, and any applicable warranty will be voided.

Change requests must be submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days following receipt of the order.

Products classified as “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange.

No changes or returns are accepted on orders with cash on delivery (COD).

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been completed, processed, or shipped by The Dadá Project.

The client must formally contact The Dadá Project team before submitting any cancellation request.

Procedure for Exchanges and/or Returns

The client must send a written request to the following email address:

Within fifteen (15) calendar days following receipt of the product or products.

The application must include, at a minimum, the following information:

Full name

Identity document number

Contact number

Product reference

Detailed description of the problem

Legal basis and justification for the exchange or return

The Dadá Project will respond within the next eight (8) business days to initiate the formal process.
